Dear Editor,

Regarding Paul Hogarth's Train Wreck Filibuster article - will someone please tell me why this mayor still has a 70% approval rating? And why isn't he being censured for not attending "Question Time?" He sure likes to use the phrase "the will of the voters" when it suits him.
