Let's cancel San Francisco's invitation to the annual all-forces Fleet Week/Blue Angels military recruitment drive as well. They don't impose themselves on us, every October; our city government invites them here, as Di-Fi did, in 1981, eight years after the end of the draft and three years after the assassination of George Moscone and Harvey Milk.

I just want to mention that Riva Enteen's attack on School Board member Jane Kim is quite unfair and unfounded. Jane is not in favor of ROTC and is not a "swing vote" on this issue. My understanding is that she has the same position as Mark Sanchez and Eric Mar, which I believe is part of the public record.
