WHAT’S "NOBUG"?
NOBUG stands for "Novell Oakland/Bay Area Users Group". We're a local chapter of Novell Users International, a not-for-profit organization for computer networking end users, administrators, and industry professionals using Novell products.

Our initial organizing meeting was held on Wednesday, September 17th, 2002, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in downtown Oakland, California.

    DUES:
    Dues have been set at $50/year. Dues are due each year on your membership aniversary date. Prospective members are welcome to attend a few meetings for free, to get a feel for our group, and see if they like it.

    WHEN WE MEET: NOBUG meetings are normally held on the SECOND WEDNESDAY of every month. Please join us for dinner at 6:00 PM, business meeting at 6:30 PM, and our guest speaker from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM!

    WHERE: We meet at the BART/MTC/ABAG auditorium, located at 101 - 8th Street in Oakland, California. Our meeting locations are the Bort Auditorium, just across 8th Street from the Lake Merritt BART station (directions), and every other month at the KIS Training Center in Fremont (directions).
